Hi all! Back for another Halloween Challenge. Today's theme is "Watermarble"
Ok, So up until the other day i had never attempted to do a watermarble because i had heard of so many fail attempts and usually i'm kinda crap at nail art altogether so i thought i'd be crap at this too lol... But i definitely did want to try it sometime. What a better time to try than now.
This is my VERY FIRST attempt at watermarbling. I am super stoked it turned out... well, what i think is good. I have to practice more with slowly dipping in as i have a few bubbles here and there.
This was done with Ulta3 Black Satin and OPI In My Back Pocket. Three drops of IMBP to one drop of Black Satin.
I used Ulta3 Lily White as my base colour.
Black - Ulta3 Black Satin (i swear i need a lifetime supply of this)
Orange - OPI In My Back Pocket (and a back up bottle of this awesome colour)
Yellow - Ulta3 Honolulu
I hope you like my attempts at watermarbling and you will be seeing more from me in the future =)
Take care! xx
Thats an AMAZING job! I love the one with black
ReplyDeleteHoly moly! This is awesome! You should do water marbles more often!!
ReplyDeleteYour watermarbling came out way better than mine! Love the orange and black combination :)
ReplyDeleteYou're just showing off now with two fantastic water marbles. Great job and perfect colour combos.
ReplyDeleteWow! And a second one that's even better than the first to prove it wasn't some weird beginner's luck fluke! Amazeazoid! Although you might want to experiment with changing the *angle* you stick your finger in the polish rather than speed. I usually get bubbles if my nail's too horizontal.
ReplyDeleteThose are your first two water marbles?! They are great! Love the colour combinations. I too need a lifetime supply of Black Satin. :)
